We are talking the whole country here - a very impressive accomplishment.
Satisfacts is a national market researcher focusing on multifamily retention and reputation management. They survey our residents annually to ask them about their satisfaction in a number of areas at the property including:
- Office staff
- Maintenance requests/service
- Apartment appearance
The SatisFacts survey is designed to identify satisfaction, retention, reputation and overall performance. We think our high scores relate to our Quietly Awesome commitment across all aspects of our business with every engagement.
SatisFacts works with over 300 management companies and more than two million apartment homes across the United States. Pillar was also recognized for top performance with an Insite Award. Overall we ranked fifth in the nation in this survey that focuses on specific events such as tours, move ins, work orders and how residents feel prior to renewal.
